Premium Bakery began in 2000 as a small, family-operated flour production company. Over two decades, it has evolved into Kosovo’s leading industrial bakery with a high production facility and a reputation for quality.
By 2012, the company expanded its offerings to include a wide variety of breads and croissants, and today Premium Bakery operates in a 12,000 sq. meter facility to better serve both local and international markets.

Operating with 7 production lines, Premium Bakery has 16 retail stores, 4 franchises, and a presence in 65 shop-in-shop locations within Kosovo’s largest retail chains.
Serving over 1,500 stores across Kosovo, Premium Bakery exports to Croatia and Austria, with a goal of increasing international distribution.
Round Bread Production Line – Dedicated line for producing traditional round bread.
Automatic Bread Production Line – Equipped with a spiral cooler, this line allows for automatic slicing and packing, enhancing both efficiency and product quality.
Artisan Stone Ovens – 4 stone ovens with robotic support create artisan-style breads that retain their traditional taste and quality.
Roto Ovens – 9 Miwe roll-in ovens capable of handling diverse bread products, ensuring consistency and flavor.
A fully automatic baguette line producing baguettes, Brotchen, and sandwich breads, including 3D sorting, packing, and palletizing capabilities.
Equipped with advanced tools, including the Cromaster, fat extruder, and ciabatta and baguette tools, this line has a capacity of 6,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour.
It features an automatic panning machine, fermentation system, baking, shocking, and packaging capabilities for maximum efficiency.
The fully automated Kemper Relaxer line produces ciabatta, quadro, Brotchen, and burger buns with flexible packaging options, such as bulk, vertical flow pack, or MAP.
The line has a capacity of 12,000 pieces per hour.
The fully automatic Burek line, sourced from Gatzelakis in Greece, has a production capacity of 600 – 800 kg per hour, ideal for traditional Balkan products.
Premium Bakery’s mill produces up to 55,000 tons of flour annually, with the ability to blend up to 9 different grain types. This flexibility allows for the creation of specialized flours suited to various products.
The mill is equipped with a laboratory for precise grain and flour analysis, ensuring top-quality raw materials and flour consistency.
