Historia e Premium Bakery fillon në vitin 2000 si një kompani e vogël familjare për prodhimin e miellit. Me kalimin e viteve dhe me investime të vazhdueshme në teknologji dhe kapacitete prodhimi, kompania u transformua në një nga prodhuesit kryesorë të produkteve të bukës në rajon.

Premium Bakery has built its growth on continuous investments in technology, production capacity and distribution network development.
In 2017, the company opened a new bread production facility, significantly increasing production capacity and creating the basis for further expansion of operations.
A year later, in 2018, Premium Bakery continued to invest in improving production capacities and workspaces to meet growing market demand.
In 2019, the construction of modern offices and a dedicated demo center was completed, which serves as a space for product presentation and support of operational and business development activities.
The year 2020 marked another important step with the installation of two fully automatic Mechaterm lines, guaranteeing high standards of consistency and quality in every product.
Today, Premium Bakery operates 7 production lines, a network of 16 stores, 5 franchises and is present in 65 shop-in-shops within the largest retail chains in Kosovo. Today we supply over 1,500 points of sale throughout Kosovo, export to Croatia and Austria, and are actively expanding our presence throughout Southeastern Europe.
