The line includes an automatic bread machine: a system for fermentation, baking, rapid cooling and packaging, guaranteeing maximum efficiency in every step of production. It is used to produce ciabatta, quadro, brotchen and burger bread, with flexible packaging options, such as bulk packaging, vertical flow pack or MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging). This automatic line ensures consistent production, high quality and a modern process, optimized for today’s market.
This modern line, supplied by Gatzelakis in Greece, making it suitable for the production of traditional products such as burek. The automatic technology guarantees a stable, efficient and high-quality process, while preserving the authentic taste and texture of each product.
